i have narrowed down my selection to these two and it will come down to fitment ease now. i want to know which one will fit perfectly. i don't want a painful install.

BTW i think the evolution thor plate has too many pieces.

I have the ECS street shield. Installation really is easy, but it's a bit awkward if you're trying to install by yourself. The spaces for the front mounting bolts can be a little tricky while trying to hold the plate up to the car. FWIW I recently had a large (football sized) chunk of concrete get kicked up onto the road in front of me during rush hour and drove away unscathed. The plate paid for itself in one incident no doubt.

I had a panzer on my B5 and loved it. All one piece and was pretty easy to remove and install. The panzer plate has been around for a while you can probably find a lot of info on it.

I do have the Thor and I love it. Its not difficult to install but you could definitely benefit from having an extra set of hands.
