Timing advance is what your looking for and you ideally don't want any negative #s under load. Once you let off the gas they will go negative for a sec so that is normal.

Ah thanks for that. I'm not sure it's logging properly some of the speeds torque are just daft. Maybe I've not configured it correctly or is it just buggy? What about the positive numbers?

Ok I'm no pro but let me just share with you what I did through some trial and error. You may have already done this stuff but Ill say it anyway. First, make sure you set up your car profile as best as possible with accurate vehicle weights etc. 2nd go through and change all the units of measurement for your region via "Units" in settings. Third and most importantly go into settings>data logging & upload> "select what to log". By default your car is going to log a bunch of unnecessary information which will make the CSV file very hard to read. All my tuner (EPL) needs me to send them is "Engine RPM", "Timing Advance" and Turbo Boost Pressure". I would also uncheck the boxes that say "Automatically log GPS" and "Automatically log G Sensors" These two items add a ton of information that is not needed to the file.

This should be a good start for you. If you have already done these things and its not logging properly then Im not sure what the issue is.
