Did you had to take the under pan(s) out? Any tip for installation?

Turn towards the side that you're not doing at the moment, remove 2 T25 screws. Fold back the plastic wheel liner just enough to get your hand in, unplug the wire for the bulb and remove the bulb. Unfold a heat sink on the new bulb, place it in the socket wire down, make sure the couplers tight mine weren't when they came in a box, plug the wires together and zip tie them put the two torx screws back and you're done with that side. Repeat for the other side.

It is remarkably easy.
