Boost gauge question.

Project car is a stage 3 b5s4 and sadly I'm not going to daily drive it so I picked up a b6 as a daily. I'm going to throw a Daz tune on it and this is where I have a question. A couple years ago I had a b7a4 as a daily and I never put my boost gauge in. It's a podi steering column mount... Could I use the b7 assembly to put on my b6 as I will need to watch the stupid k03 so it doesn't blow. Thanks ahead in advance.

Check the podi website and see if they are crossed across the platforms.

I'm pretty sure they both use the same gauge just a slightly different setup on the boost line. Just follow the boost gauge write up on a4mods.com and you should be good to go.

i think he's questioning whether or not the steering column on the b6 and b7 are the same.

OP, worst case if they are different, you could just buy a b6 gauge pod and sell of the b7 one. podi sells them separate.

thanks guys, it is the same steering column. so I get to use a part that's been setting around for years haha.
