So I'm taking delivery of a Glacier White Metallic RS7 on Tuesday next week and I'm having a little trouble deciding between a few options.

I want to wrap the car in Xpel but I'm torn between the ultimate or stealth wrap so I was wondering if any of you have a glacier white RS7 and have wrapped it in either.

Also I'm looking to get the stock wheels (titanium finish) powder coated satin black but wanted to change up the brakes a little. I was thinking red but I feel like it's too common now.

Any advice would be appreciated and if someone has some decent photoshop skills I'd love to see what the car would look like with the satin black wheels and red, yellow or acid green brake calipers!

Just ordered this steering wheel from Tag Motorsports too!

The best yellow calipers I've seen on this site are under the user tonymission. ("Tony's Nogaro Blue RS7 Thread") But his car is blue and the yellow matches perfectly. Not sure how it would look against white. I've seen some cool green ones - I remember one was called "Porsche green".

    Cool steering wheel!

    First, congrats!

Second, powder-coating wheels is a bad idea. Heating them to the temp required weakens them. We've even seen wheels crack after minor impacts after they were powder-coated.

    I'm not aware of any.

There was a thread a while back where a wheel supplier said, in response to his cutstomer's cracked wheel, that their powder-coated wheels didn't carry the same structural warranty as their non-powder-coated wheels. (!!!)

ive had plenty of powder coated wheels with no issues at all. as long as the powder coater is good and knows what he is doing they're fine.

i recommend www.detectivecoating.com for both the wheels and brake calipers as they have done multiple sets of both wheels and brembo's for me
