EuroMotorcars: Deadbeat Buyer

I sold him parts described 100% accurately. He filed a paypal claim saying it was not as described. He never messaged me on here just filed a claim. Now I am losing shipping money because he either found it cheaper or didn't check to make sure it would work with his car.

The Paypal resolution center is a big joke as well. Don't expect them to give a judgement to any seller, even if the buyer is in the wrong.

Sorry to hear. That truly sucks.
PayPal is an absolute joke and it's the reason you should only accept payment as a gift. Their terms and conditions clearly show that the seller will never be covered in the event of a claim. Everyone should take the time to actually read it.

I know where you're going with that LOL I've heard of too many horror stories of people filling a claim and sending back bricks in a box, or just nothing and once you signed, you're f*cked.

OP If I may, if he sends it back, film yourself opening the package.

It was more to inform sellers to be careful and to read and understand paypals policy. PayPal is totally for the buyer only.

And yes, I've hear of people doing the same thing and filing false claims. It's completely fucked up.

I was refering to the fact I only accept Payments as "Friends or Family" ;)

And warning the OP the buyer might try to send an empty box back and get the item free of charge, hence why he should film himself opening it.

Ahh ok lol. Yes you're smart in doing that. (And for anyone reading this, Axis is a trusted seller and I've personally sent cash, so you can feel comfortable doing so too)

I only ask for payment as gift as well. I don't trust potential buyers.
