    Hi everybody!
Still having issues with my 2011 Audi A4, there has been non stop shaking and misfire of the cylinders. Codes read: P0300 with the 304,302,303, and 301. Brand new spark plugs and ignition coils have been put in and still no help. Any suggestions what to do next??

Car is running at 120,000 KMS at the moment, and not that I'm aware of. I was considering changing the PCV, but the timing chain tensioner was definitely on the back of my mind as well. Just don't want to put in the $$ till I'm certain..

With misfires in all 4 cylinders even after changing the plugs and coils, only two things remain, check the fuel pressure (perhaps change your fuel filter) like adlerc35 said and do a compression test. Any chance you just filled up and maybe got a bad tank of fuel?

You may want to look into this.

    http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...-Notice-letter

I had a similar situation with my VW Tiguan, replaced plugs and coils to no avail. Wasn't the fuel pumps either. It turned out to be a bad fuel injector, but I never got a letter from VW saying this was an issue. I submitted the bill to VW and they reimbursed me within 6 weeks.

Some extra information that might be of relevance, oil has been consistently found on my spark plugs and ignition coils. I've had the problem before where the car started shaking, and after cleaning out the cylinders and changing both the spark plugs and ignition coils the shaking stopped. However the CEL remained on for quite along time. I noticed a similar problem where smoke was started to come out of my exhaust again, so assuming it was the same issue, I replaced the spark plugs and after about a day thats when my car started shaking again. But now it hasn't stopped. AHHH

Yeah I suspected it could be the fuel injectors, I do currently have an extended warranty to cover that. However, they are making me pay for a $160 diagnostics test before allowing anything to be done. I will be bringing it into the dealership in the next couple days to see what they have to say..

For the A4 B8's (2009 - 2012), I generally do the following in this order until the issue is resolved:

    1.) New Plugs
    2.) New Coilpacks
3.) Run fuel injector cleaner with a full tank of 94 gas (twice)
    4.) New MAF

I did this on my 2011 A4 (132000Km) and my wifes 2012 A4 (72000Km) and it generally fixed all misfire/shaking issues.
The fact that you have oil residue on/around the plugs and coilpacks indicates a more serious problem.

Unfortunately I have not encountered such problems and cannot offer a concrete resolution.
Sounds like an injector problem, fueling issue.

Do you have the Oil Consumption issue with your A4?

If it was me, I'd take it to the stealership or a reputable German car Technician.

This happened in my '09 and it was the Intake manifold. Check rubber piece in the back to see if it is popped out. Push back in vibration goes away. Accelerate past 3000 rpm, it will pop back out.

    Easy to check

Its your pcv valve. Almost 100% sure of it with those codes. You can do a quick check and pop of the cap on the pcv valve and check the diaphram.
