Clean b8 s-line build thread

WHATS UP EVERYONE!!!

MY NAME IS RICKY IM FROM MIAMI, FL AND I RECENTLY PURCHASED MY 2012 AUDI B8 S-LINE. THIS BEING MY FIRST AUDI I HAVE MUCH TO LEARN ABOUT THIS VEHICLE PLATFORM SO PLEASE BARE WITH ME ON MY JOURNEY. THE CAR IS BRILLIANT BLACK, WITH BLACK INTERIOR.

I'VE LOOKED AROUND ON THE FORUMS AS WELL AS SOCIAL MEDIA AND HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH THE WAY THESE CARS LOOK WHEN THEY ARE LOWERED ON AIR SUSPENSION AND SOME AGGRESSIVE WHEELS SO AS OF NOW THATS THE PLAN FOR MY BUILD. I INTEND ON DOING A FEW PERFORMANCE UPGRADES BUT GIVEN THE FACT THAT I HAVE A WIFE AND KID AND ANOTHER ONE ON THE WAY, PERFORMANCE ISN'T REALLY ON MY PRIORITY LIST. I ALSO PLAN ON DOING A COUPLE COSMETICS MODS AS WELL.

SO WITH THIS BEING SAID LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN!!!!!!

nice car man! i just recently got mine to.. just wait for that mod bug to hit you. I plan on bagging mine to. I actually sell full kits! if you interested, hit me up!
BTW, Stage 2 is highly worth it ;)

Mine is a 2012 B8 S-Line premium plus, in brilliant black with black leather interior. It's clocked in 48k miles

No I wish I had the alcantara seats

hmm i thought all s lines came with them.. i have an 2011 with it..
maybe because i got a prestige

To be 100% honest with you this is my first Audi EVER so I'm in the learning stages of what comes with my car and what I can do with it. But alcantara seats it definitely doesn't have =\

Why? Incase he can't get into his car properly? Suspension and wheels is the first thing you need to do. Then tune...... And then just give away all of your money to ECS.

Changes the interior look and feel. Wheel and drop is more for people looking at it from the outside. The fbsw is a mod the driver can enjoy.

i come first lol thats why i havent dropped mine. i actually love the oem 10 spokes and not planning on changing them

Love the way these steering wheels look but I must agree with 4ring. Suspension and wheels is definitely the first things in my to do list for this build, the wheel gap is such an eye sore to me. Haven't decided on wheels yet.

Exactly ... Suspension , good tires and light weight wheels... It's not like you have a front wheel drive car!!!!

Not going to even lie I've been a fan of the "stance" game for a while now. Can't deny that cars look great when they're slammed on sick wheels. But i will definitely be focusing some time on things other than stance

For a full S-line you're right, they have the S4 seats with alcantara inserts. A lot of 2012 B8s and 2014/15/16 B8.5s had the "S-line appearance package" which has the bumpers, side blades, and S-line badges but not the sport suspension or interior improvements. Presumably Audi had extra bumpers to use up. My guess is that's what the OP has.

Took the car to my buddy Mike from LEX TECH Auto Salon here in Miami and got my interior trim wrapped in 4D Carbon Fiber. Looks good for now but thinking of definitely upgrading to the real thing soon enough. Check out the pics let me know what you guys think!

Not bad but is it me, the lighting, or the filter used but man, that CF looks GLOSSY!

I did just the interior pieces but not the main dash or control area. Just wanted to add some accent while retaining the OG black/gray/silver of the car.

Might be the lighting although the wrap does have a very high gloss look to it.

Purchased an RS Grill from a friend who is parting out his B8, got rid of the chrome trims with some plasti dip and this is the final result

Also placed an order form some bolt on parts and also purchased Rotiform IND-T wheels having them powder coated. Excited to share the final product with you guys.
