I found a set of S6 calipers locally with RS7 rotors.. does anyone know if they will fit on our cars?

Anything will "fit"... what you need to figure out is if your wheels will clear or poke out by 1000mm

I just looked at an RS7 here and you will need at least a 19 or 20 " wheel to clear that rotor and if the S6 calipers are close to the size of the RS7 you will need a lot of caliper clearance.

I just picked up parts from a guy (Euromin) that runs RS6 brakes all round on his B5 A4 avant. Having said that, he was on 19" wheels and they were close. He also had to swap the uprights. I guess my point is that it can be done (B5-B7 are all fairly similar), and the S6 calipers are definitely smaller than those of the RS6, but it'll be more work than is required for other, proven swaps. Unless you're getting them for dirt, it'll likely cost more than a 17z or 18z swap.

If they are new C7S6 calipers they are probably bigger than the C5 RS6.

B5 and B6/B7 are nowhere near similar. What year S6? ... if it's an old S6 it might not be much of an upgrade as the B7 A4 shares the same calipers as a B6/B7 S4.

the C5 platform A/S6s share the same hub layout so the brakes should be bolt on. Can't really say the same for C6 brakes, I have no idea.
