    2.7t swap in a DTM S4 - doable?

    Hi guys,

I'm looking to drop a stage 3 2.7t into a 2005.5 DTM B7 S4. Is there anything different I'll need to do up front to fit the 2.7t engine with RS4 intercoolers? If anyone that has done the 2.7t swap could chime in with any info that would be appreciated!

    Cheers

Simple answer is yes. Use the search button though. There are plenty of threads about doing the swap.

2005.5 is not a real DTM. Just an FYI. You will spend TONS of money on this just to try and get it running right.

This. In fact there is even one master thread covering anything and everything about the subject and the OP owned a B6 S4.

With that being said, if you want to do the swap in a B6, get a car with the 3.0 V6. It will make life a lot easier.

    Past:

    - B7 avant, 3.0t swapped
    - B8 S4, Stage 2+
    - B6 S4, not stock
    - B5 S4 Clone, built motor, 2871r
