    I haven't registered a Canadian car personally, but I know people who have in the NY, and it doesn't seem like it's difficult. Just some paperwork I believe. Canadian emissions standards are very similar to those in the US, and the speedo issue should be an easy swap. If this had come up a year and a half ago, I would have kept my civic, and just picked this up as a project.

    I'm not sure how true that picture is, that looks like a uk house and a uk number plate on the car, specifically a 53 plate car. Also not sure if looking at the picture you can make out the hump on the dash for the speedo or if its just the reflection.

    wipers are a dead giveaway that it's a RHD car
