    Windows don't go up, heard something break and fall inside the door

    Sooo I have an 09 a3 and about a week ago as I was putting my front driver window up, something popped really loud and sounded like something fell inside the door like a plastic piece, and today with my luck the driver back door did the same thing but didn't go up at all. Anyone have any idea what broke inside??

    Sounds like a window regulator to me

    Yeah I think it is.. Front one looks fine i think it's the motor that gave out but the back, definitely the regulator
