Questions about s4 swap in avant

Before the usual "doesnt make sense just buy an s4" comments here me out. So I have the opportunity to get a Black 01 avant 1.8t 5spd with a damaged head due to the timing belt stripping, and a Black 00 s4 sedan with a title issue both for around 1500 combined. Considering the low price, is that worth it to swap everything out of the s4 sedan into the avant? Im assuming all the sedan parts bolt right into the avant. Im no stranger to motor swaps but ive never dealt with the 2.7t before. From what I understand, since the avant is a 01 the wiring should be a little more straight forward than a pre facelift car. Besides the headliner, is there any other parts that arent a direct fit? And with everything said and done, if I swap everything over, what would be the difference between this and a real s4 avant besides the title obviously :P. Let me know what you guys think and any tips you can share. Thanks in advance.

With a full parts car it'll be cake, pretty much just a matter of swapping parts over.
