The car: 2010 Quartz Gray Metallic (near as I can tell, I'm colorblind haha) with 82k

Even though these cars came out great from the factory, I'm already seeing areas that can be improved, so I've begun to compile a list of upgrades that I can knock out as funds become available.
Phase 1:
GFB DV+ (boost seems to lag when rolling on the throttle so I'm hoping this will help and be a good bit of preventative maintenance)
Eurocode intercooler hoses
Eurocode turbo inlet hose
APR Carbonio intake
AWE boost gauge and tap (I live about an hour from their headquarters so I'm hoping to get up there soon for some inspiration... and hopefully leave with an intact wallet) APR stage 1 ECU software
AWE touring exhaust
I think that this will get the car to a point where it's much more responsive as I'm more concerned with driving feel and torque than raw speed. I also want to avoid going stage 2 to keep from burning out the motor, as this is my only car and I go to school 400 miles from home. Phase 2 will focus solely on suspension and handling performance along with wheels and tires - I'll update this post as I figure out what upgrades phase 2 will entail. If anyone has any input regarding the mod list, feel free to make suggestions, I'm new to the euro world so I need all the help I can get!
Although I will say I have 1 gripe with this car- the MMI iPhone integration has to be the WORST system ever designed. I get that the car was made in 2010 and comes with the old style 30 pin iPhone connector, but the aftermarket options for integration plain suck. After $100 of cable purchases, most recently using only Apple adapters and certified cables, I can still only get my phone to play music for maybe a day, then it stops working. Can anyone tell me if the Tune2Air adapter is reliable? Because I'm getting tired of listening to FM radio. Although i absolutely love the Bang Olufsen system, much better than the hack job of subs and amps I put together in my Ranger.
So that's it for now, looking forward to a lot of fun with my B8!
