hey guys first off sorry for posting in this area but my area is kinda worthless :( I drive a 2010 a6 3.0t and I installed a chipwerke pro yesterday. I didn't immediately feel it at all, drove for about 5 miles, then for about 10 and still couldn't tell. Then I drove 200 miles home from seattle and maybe it felt faster up top but it was still hard to tell. After more driving it around last night I think I could feel it but I still don't know? I mean it feels fast but I figured I would instantly feel a difference. Is this normal?

Did you clear codes with vcds or disconnect the battery for a bit?

I know what you mean. I have a b8.5 s4, but purchased an A6 chipwerke. I dont feel any significant gains. I reset my battery and everything too. Can anyone confirm that it should work? If not, would you be open to a trade?

Make sure it's on the correct setting for your octane and reset the ecu if you haven't. Octane plays a big role, if your on 91 you will be limited in power. I add 4 gallons of e85 to my tank and you can feel a difference.

4-1 sounds right, there should be some gains right away...with more in a day or so. You can try 5-1 but you may experience some throttle and shift delay, but it should hit harder.

I don't know if you got your Chipwerke to work or not but I went through the same issue. After initially installing the engine would not even run. It was trying to run way too rich. A jumper was missing so added from an old computer drive. Unhooking the battery made no difference. My son got it working for me. He used the 15 LED connector provided and locked the doors. Something about locking the doors. ?? Whatever he did worked and I felt the difference after the first five miles. I have had no issues since.
