Need some advice on dent removal(OEM side skirt)

So i was checking out the car this morning and surprise surprise i noticed a dent on the passenger side

Hard to see on the pictures, but it still is a decent sized dent.

Doubt it can be pulled or pushed out somehow so it's gonna be the stealership to fix it.
Shitty part paint is with pearl, so it's gonna be a expensive fix.

    Any advice.

I've seen worse but it looks like the paint has been chipped also. If it were me i would go to a body shop to see what they can do short of repairing and painting the entire part

    Yeah it's not a disaster.

But pretty shitty when you do your best to keep your car on good shape.

I checked if there is a way to get behind that part, but seems like it's a closed of area.
So looks like the only way to fix the dent is to pull it out.

They will probably bondo the area and then repaint and blend the area. Get the valence put on while your getting this done. Should take the pain away a little bit.

A set of skirts will hide the small dent and probably work out cheaper than a repair?

    Thanks for the tip.
But knowing how much a paint job costs around here, specially when you have pearl essence in your paint I doubt it will be cheaper(since they need to be painted also) and mounted one way or the other

Major work...if they can't remove the dent ( very tough to reach from inside.. very tough metal as well..).. they cut out spot and reweld in new metal material,, them repaint in the special chip guard paint... Best best... Set of oem Stone Guards.. "side blades".. just to go over that spot... It should go right over it.

A few years back I had an A6 that got a similar dent below the rear door in the rocker. I lived with it for a year or two then finally decided to get it repaired. A local paint and body shop pulled it out and filled it and repainted and blended the area. It was not perfect but there in that area with the wrinkle paint it was hardly visible when they were done. You would never notice it unless you were close enough to touch it. It only cost about $300 to have it done by these guys and I kicked myself for not having it done sooner.

Just get the stone guard/blades. Alot cheaper and you get an upgrade while you're at it.

Not quite so difficult, they will weld a stud to the dent and pull the dent using slide hammer, then fill and paint.

Which blades are you referring to?

Blades i might consider, but i do tend to get annoyed by dents :D
Actual side skirts i'll never use again, last car i had them on was my B6 A4 which had the oettinger front and sides.
Which annoyed the hell out of me because after a while it looked like it was sandblasted.

Was kinda of thinking that being the only option.

Main thing i was/am afraid of that they use the black paint with pearl in it for that part also.
