Fearing The Worst, Hope I'm wrong

So I recently completed a 2.7t swap into my B6. I have K04s and E85 and I'm running a Clutchmasters FX400 clutch and pressure plate with stock dual mass flywheel.

Drove the car for 100miles or so with no issues at all, until one night last week I lost all pedal and it sunk to the floor and car stalled out. Since then it has done this multiple times a journey. Got the car on the lift and turns out losing the pedal was due to the metal slave I had installed leaking back out from where the line goes in. Tried to replace the slave with 2 brand new cylinders, they both blew up on bleed.

I think I may have already identified my problem but I'm praying it's not the case. I used an OEM throw out bearing (TOB) instead of the metal clutch masters one. Could this be my problem or are the clutchmaster forks too well sprung for the plastic slaves? And should I consider installing a brand new metal slave cylinder and that solve my problem?

Guess the main question is has anyone run and OEM Throw Out Bearing (TOB) on a clutchmaster setup?

yep, finally accepted the fact I'm going to have to pull the engine again. Royal pain in the ass but at least it will run right once and for all, kicking myself for making such a silly mistake

TOB. Fx400 uses non-sac PP so it is a shorter stack. To compensate for this, the TOB must be taller. Installing short OE TOB will cause the slave to hyper extend.

You could probably band aid it by installing clutch pedal stop as I bet they pop out when you're around the floor level with the pedal, while Fx400 disengages very high and desn't need to have nearly as much pedal travel as "too the floor".
