transmission mount 6sp 2.7t allroad

Hi all,
Does anyone have a good write up for changing out the tranny mount for c5 allroad 2.7t 6mt? I've searched but could not find one with pictures ect. It sounds easy enough but I would like to know as many details as possible. I believe this mount is the culprit for the ' clunks,surging,unsmoothness' when shifting in lower gears. Any thoughts? All you need to do is use a jack with a piece of wood. To hold the weight of the trans while you remove the two bolts of each trans mount. I would do one trans mount at a time.
