S6: Hard Downshift 3rd to 2nd in S Mode

For anyone still experiencing hard "bucking" downshifts from 3rd to 2nd in S-mode, particularly at relatively low speeds, I complained again about it at my recent service and they performed the following TSB. Based on my short ride home, it appears to have solved the issue in my car.

I had the same issue with my '13 and had the same TSB performed and it sorted out the harsh shifts in "S" mode car was very smooth after that

Just picked up my car with the TSB done and am happy to report that it is much smoother. Will do some more testing this weekend. Thanks again for sharing!
