    Shot a video of a 340HP A3 8P - Lots of crazy mods!!!

    Hi All,

    (This post is not an ad, just wanted to share something cool with you all)

    Today I shot a video for my website and had the opportunity to use a local Audi owner "Tony" who modified his car to the max! Porsche breaks, larger turbo, Stage III, S3 intercooler, 8V S3 leather seats (it fits!!! Bolt on direct!) and lots of paint and wheel stuff. Looks nice. He claims over 340HP to the wheels... also installed something that sprays windex or washer fluid in the air intake... not sure what that is all about, anyway checkout the video. https://youtu.be/z7Hr37vkL9s

    It is a methynol injection system. Sprays methynol into the intake track to cool the intake air. Colder air is more dense = more POWER!

    YES!!! that is what he told me... very cool... does it actually work??? Seems like a simple solution for more power...

    I does work very well. It is used a lot in the hotter climates (like the desert). There is a significant loss of power as air temps increase and you can feel it. "Meth" injection is a relatively low cost way to gain performance when the air temps get hot.
