They seem to have some really nice stuff. I'm ordering the mirrors and the rear diffuser. Possibly the rear spoiler, thinking if that is a huge process? Thoughts?

I'm currently talking with Robert from there.
I had ordered from another Vendor (who will remain nameless) and have had months of issues and am in the process of trying to get a refund. So I will now be ordering from BKS Tuning/Carbon Designs.

I'm having him custom do my mirrors in Atlas Carbon to match interior and to add the rain channels back like the OEM parts.

Funny! I know of the vendor your talking about. Crappy thing he's done, sorry. Any reason for matching the carbon fiber to the inside atlas carbon fiber? Just curious? I plan on using 245 Carbon which is what Audi uses for outside of their cars.

I thought of both. Wasn't sure which to go with.

I also thought about rear diffuser/valance and upper spoiler, but I'm going to do those in gloss black and have the carbon mirrors be the stand out focal point on the outside. Gloss black everywhere else.

As for the other, we'll see how long things take to get $ back. It's been a 2 month wait for nothing.

I too am on the fence. Thinking of painting the mirrors gloss black and diffuser gloss black like SQ5 TDI Plus.

That's what inspired me! Haha.

I didn't want to lose the mirrors in the lower gloss black base, so that's why I decided carbon there. It separates like the Alu-optic does, but isn't just body color like at the other Q5s.

If I did carbon in other places, I'd be forced to take it around the car everywhere. You could go crazy with it.
But gloss black is good for me.

The back-up sensors are still gray however, but could be painted.
