    Front wheel bearing

How common is a wheel bearing failure on Q7's? I've noticed a loud humming but not yet a loose front bearing and did a search on it. Google completed the search before I could finish it leading me to believe his might be a common thing. Could this be what the sound is that I'm hearing? Thanks in advance.

I have 100k on my 2009. No wheel bearing issues yet, or anything major.

How are your tires? I thought I heard something with mine as well, but mine checked out fine; just slighty cupped tires. My service advisor said he hasn't seen any wheel bearings on the Q7's.

What year and mileage are you?

Many times it's your tires and not your wheel bearings making the noise. If your tires are due, change them first before you do your bearings
