Are S Line and S4 fog light grilles the same?

I am trying to modify my stock fog light grilles to be open mesh like my RS4 center grille but it looks to be a lot of work. I see a bunch of grilles for sale for S Lines that look like they will fit. Does anyone know if they will? If not who was the guy on here modifying them for people? I can't seem to find his post anymore.

S-line and S4 bumpers are the same, so the fog grilles should be the same.
