General Misfire / Cyl 1 Misfire / Cyl 3 Misfire

Those are the CEL's I have currently, 3x each. Car is bone stock minus the GIAC stg1 tune from 12k miles ago. I ordered the R8 Coil Packs and they were delivered this morning...when I get home I'll swap them. Any other suggestions as to what to look for IF after swapping these the problem still exists?

Car - B8 2.0T 30k miles
Symptoms - car can't get out of its own way from 0-45mph. Spits and spudders like no other until 46mph and its smooth sailing from there. Upon start up a white puff of smoke is blown. MPG dropped almost in half from normal reading, oil was changed 1500ish miles ago and its slightly below the full line on the MMI readout.

Swapped them out with no luck. Engine is shaking so bad it looks like it wants to jump out from under the hood. I noticed a puff a smoke again when I started it...noticed it blew oil all over the back garage wall. CEL and now EPC light is on.

Need some help guys...
