i recently bought a avant with a bad turbo, the turbo nut came off and shredded the turbine. do u think i should drop the oil pan and see if any metal in inside. i think i should do this because if i remember rite i think the oil can in the middle of the cluster, or possibly the oil can on top of the screen was on. i think the top one is something just to do with the sensor, while the bottom oil can is something to do with pressure. i cant remember correctly because the screen was so messed up i couldn't see anything really. i think either way i should just drop the pan and hav a look to see what could be inside my motor. a reseal and oil change would be nice.or should i just drain it and call it a day.

    Wat.

Do you mean the shaft nut on the compressor wheel came off? Or did the turbine break off the shaft and go in the downpipe?
