So my long running issue came back and I'm hoping to get some good suggestions from this community in hopes that someone else may have similar experience or maybe recommend a good shop in NJ that won't cost an arm and a leg.

p2014 (doesn't make sense since I have flap delete kit and software which means the Ecu should not see the flap motor, so I'm told)

P0089 (I've driven with this before so I don't think it's the cause of the issue)
Issue: when the car is under load the car goes into limp mode and I can hear the DV flutter. Cycling the ignition does not reset it, but if I wait a bit (like a few hours or overnight) it'll go away and everything is fine again (until it is under load again).
I'm thinking the DV is fine and is just not getting signal when it goes to limp mode.
After I replaced the boost pressure sensor it seemed to drive fine for a while but it came back after a day.
The car has APR K04 with runner flap delete and the correct software.
One thing I did notice that I'm not sure is normal. When I removed the boost pressure sensor it seemed to have oil on it, is this normal? Or is it supposed to be dry?
