    ECU tune question

If I bring my car to the dealer for an oil change will it get flagged for an APR II+? Still got some warranty left. I don't know what type of connection they're hooking up to reset the service interval in the MMI. No clue how it works. Thanks for your help.

There's always a risk. People have reported getting flagged others claimed they have not. I assume they'll plug in to the obd-ii port to reset the service interval and that will trigger the TD1 flag automatically. If you want to be safe, find an indy to change oil or DIY.

    ECU tune question

No one would know. If it's just an oil change they won't hook it up to their computer. If it's a service, most likely yes. You'd better flash back to stock before you check in. If you can, ask your service person if he could help by not hooking up your car to their computer

don't ever make this assumption .. if your car comes in and there is an update for it they won't ask you .. they will plug it in and you will be TD1 automatically

There's always a risk but the dealer matters, the SA matters. Which dealer are you going to?
