Who brought out the B9? Looks like a faux plate, so I would guess someone at VAGoA/AoA did, but great to see a new one stateside.

Audi of America flew in this car from Germany for this event. The AoA guy says it is only the 2nd US spec AR in the country right now.

AoA also sent the Porsche Cayenne camera car and camera helicopter to record the drive up Pikes Peak and get promo shots of the B9 for a promo video and future commercials.

How did the B9 look in person? I read on another forum that Audi set the ride height 1 1/3 inches higher than the B8.5.

I do like the new grill quite a bit more than our existing ones. Less chrome if nice.

I can't say I like the tablet style navigation screen. Don't quite understand why Audi (and other manufacturers are going to that style. Integrated into the dash is far more preferable IMO.

That measurement is the difference between and A4 and the allroad. The AoA person said the actual ground clearance is about the same as the B8.5... within a millimeter or two.\

The MMI screen is my beef as well. That said..... the interior on this car looked so much better than the 2017 A4 I recently spent time in. I think it's because of the dark color of plastics and wood.

Also..... that gigantic, across the dash venting ---- all works.... just not for looks.

Yes... it was the only B9 there. The interior you're looking at in that other thread looks to be from an A4.

Full LED headlights are standard on P+ optioned vehicles. The tails are stand across the line. They are sequential/dynamic. They really look great!!!

Still tho that 2.0t is very upgradeable... Tuning has already got it up to over 310hp and over 375tq at the crank... How the quattro ultra responds to that extra torque is a complete guess...

seats were decent, but, too many fancy screens to distract you with

It was a non-US spec allroad with A4 steering wheel.

All US allroads will be Premium Plus or Prestige. Meaning virtual cockpit and LED headlights will effectively be standard.
