    Power windows and sunroof help

    Was rolling up windows and all of a sudden they stopped amd now only way to use windows is with key in door lock any ideas please help me!

    Had the exact problem, after checking
    Relays , switches, found 5 amp
    Fuse for central locking unit blown.

    Replaced it and the switches light back up again

    i had the same problem and occasionally they would roll themselves all the way down and not roll back up again. one day one of my doors burned up (literally) so i put the fire out on the side of the highway and upon further inspection one of the wires shorted to the door frame so id pull your door cards and check all the wiring. if it isnt that then check your central locking pump in the trunk and if its getting warm while the key is on then somewhere is a short. i never actually blew any fuses either so you have to be careful with these window problems.

    obviously check fuses first. then wiring, then pump. if nothing else youll at least have a better peace of mind than i had.
