I found this under the dash. It looks like it runs over to the radio. I don't know what it is.

Could possibly be a fabricated antenna for GPS or even satellite radio if it's connected to the radio. Try to get that model # searched on Google

I think it may be some sort of GPS tracking maybe put on by the previous owner or who sold it to him/her.
