Audi roof rack rails, or base carrier bars according to Audi. These will fit 2004-2010 A8, A8L and S8 cars. These came with my 2001 S8 and they fit that car as well. I do not have keys but they are not too expensive. I have not installed these parts, so you may need some additional hardware.
