2012 A8 V8 4.2L any problem with this car?

Hi guys!
I'm looking forward to buy a 2012 A8 with the 4.2L engine. I know that the engine use to have a timing chain tensioner problem that is very expensive to fix due to the parts and labor costs. I would like to know if anybody know if the problem persisted with the 2012 models. The car was bought brand new September 2011. Pls let me know. TY

Congrats if you bought the car! Our 4.2 engines don't have the timing chain problem like in the B6/B7 S4. These have the 4.2 FSI and as far as I know, they only deal with carbon buildup. But I'm sure Biggus answered your concerns already

Not yet... Have seen one, but it didn't add up yet!

Thx but didn't buy it yet... Probably next week... I have to negotiate the price... I'm want to flush the ecm and transmission with the exhaust kit at Unitronic...
