    2011 B8 S4... SoNH blown engine... suggestions?

    Sounds fun right?.... 120K miles. No compression. SoNH. Anyone have ideas for shop to replace or that will purchase for rebuild/part-out? Parts quote for new engine from dealer is greater than book value of complete car.

    they replaced an engine on a B8 just a few months ago. from what i remember, the price wasn't that bad, and at least you'll know it's not their first time..
