    Anybody ever replace their horn?

I've done this on the last couple vehicles. Some of you may think this is dumb but it does serve a good purpose....getting the attention of someone whom is about to hit you or someone else. It's saved my ass more than a few times.

On my previous cars I chose 2 install the Hella Supertones and my motorcycle has the Stebel Nautilus.

If any of you have replaced your horns, what did u use and how did it turn out?

I'm leaning toward the Fiaam freeway blasters or the hella's!

Don't bother with the freeway blasters. I bought those and the red Hella trumpet horns, the Hellas are noticeably louder despite their lower rating. I also got some super tones for my bike, they are more piercing with an annoying note. They seem a bit louder yet

So u installed both on your car at the same time, freeway blasters and hella? Did u run a new hot wire back to the battery 2 ensure they r getting adaquet power?

    Anybody ever replace their horn?

Is there a more "European" sounding (dual) horn option that works as plug and play in the Audi's?

No, I installed the freeway blasters first on my b5. The stock horns seemed louder. Swapped those out for the Hella trumpet style, seems comparable to stock. I had one stock horn that was sporadically dying...
I contemplated doing a four horn setup, but a quick YouTube search changed my mind.

Maybe you need a louder exhaust.
