Most people use the euro plate bracket included with this grille kit or they zip tie their plate to the front of the grille through the mesh.

Yeah but the euro bracket is twice the width of the actual plate and would look worse. I had zip ties at first and that's just tackey. Guess I'll stick with what I got

About your only options, unfortunately. Could maybe try the RS5 license plate bracket since its designed to fit a mesh grille. Although I can't guarantee fitment. Price is rather high too from Audi.
