I've had my Audi's serviced at Audi Pacific (multiple), Beverly Hills (multiple) and Circle (once). I typically only go there for oil changes (1st and with coupon discount $69-89 usually) and warranty/recall work.
If you read all the different service reviews on Yelp, Dealerrater, etc, seems like they all have issues.
My synopsis:
1. Pacific (closest for me): usually use Natalie as my SA. She got the parts manager to match internet prices for me on a slashed tire and suspension parts that I paid out of pocket for since my mother hit a curb with the 20" and it destroyed the tire, rim, and bent control arms. That was pretty good. It's a little bit more of challenge to get an appt with a loaner there- and 2x they ran out of Audi's and I had to be taken to Enterprise across the street which takes more time. I usually skip going here now since I can get a same day/next appt at BH.
2. Beverly Hills Service in Fairfax: brand new facility with 50 bays and always easy to get an Audi loaner and usually same day or next day appt. Carlos is my SA. He's good guy. He told me that the techs saw my piggyback module (JB4), but I told him it was an OBD code reader and real time monitoring. He told me that I should remove it (it's hidden under the plastic trim behind the firewall) since it can cause codes (not true from my experience) and can void warranty. He gave me a heads up so instead of just unplugging the OBD port- next time, I'll actually remove the entire unit. I don't know if you're car is lowered and modified if they are "friendly". I've actually had pretty good service experiences there- only once service was 'invasive'- front passenger side wheel bearing replacement that was covered under warranty. Everything looks like it was put back together correctly. This is actually my preferred service place. But I've read the high prices for out of pocket expense and that's why I lease.
3. Circle Audi: only went there for 2nd oil change with coupon. Since visit was in 2014, don't recall SA. Received Audi loaner. Pretty straight forward. I had to go back since the oil wasn't filled completely. Could not tell if they were performance friendly or not.
[4. Santa Monica Audi: this is my latest selling stealership. Had good sales experience during Black Friday weekend- unlike my so-so experience last Nov at BH. The Yelp reviews for service are pretty brutal so I've never taken my cars there before- and not to mentioned it's the farthest way that would require travel on the 405 from the South Bay. (skip that for 2 reasons).]
