Short term front end protection for road trip?

Any recommendations for short term protection for a 1600 mi road trip? I dont want to use blue painters tape as i feel it will just draw unnecessary attention, particularly at rest stops. I have a clear film over the bumper and onto 1/3 of the hood and over the mirrors. But bugs are a pain to remove so just looking for some alternative options if any. thanks.

    a few ideas:

masking tape is available in different colors:

or buy some clear film material or other wrap.

plasti-dip the areas you are concerned with - it peals off well if you apply it thick

Xpel makes a track film for this purpose. Its meant to be applied, drive the car and then remove when you arrive at your location.
