RS6 Performance AC problem

Hy,

i have problem in my dads new audi rs6 performance 2016 with air-conditioner.. when it is set to auto mode at lets say 21C, the cooling stops after few minutes.. in car is aprx. 25C but car thinks it is 21C and stops cooling.. he went to audi center few times, and after proving them finaly (he had to take main mechanic and one more car to show him comparation how 21 feels in his car and how it feels in other-Q5) they done something and it worked for a day.. now it is again broken

Did anyone had same issue or similar? Could it be softwer problem or maybe temp. sensor gone bad?
