Audi RS6 Performance air-conditioner problem!

Hy,

i have problem in my dads new audi rs6 performance 2016 with air-conditioner.. when it is set to auto mode at lets say 21C, the cooling stops after few minutes.. in car is aprx. 25C but car thinks it is 21C and stops cooling.. he went to audi center few times, and after proving them finaly (he had to take main mechanic and one more car to show him comparation how 21 feels in his car and how it feels in other-Q5) they done something and it worked for a day.. now it is again broken

Did anyone had same issue or similar? Could it be softwer problem or maybe temp. sensor broke?

first off...amazing avant. I wish we could have them here in the states. Pics would be a welcome addition to this thread.

Why not take it back to the dealer and tell them they didnt fix the problem and need to rectify the situation? From the sound of it though it seems to be a temperature sensor, if it is just stopping after a few minute.

he did it 3 times.. now we will try by another dealer..does this cars have sometimes problems with software? i mean is it common on any audi that this sensor sometimes goes bad?

im not familiar with the C7s so cant be much further help, but this car is practically new so Audi should take care of it for you. A 100k+ car should not have AC issues.

That is a sick car for sure. I would post this issue in the C7 section as that is the model of car you have. They may have more input. Thanks for posting the pics. Spank Bank is full now
