CEL and boost not achieved code

Hi everyone. I just threw a CEL today while trying to merge onto the highway. The CEL popped on and I was near a buddies house so I drove it over there to get it coded. I forgot the exact code but it was like a boost not achieved code. It felt like the turbo just stumbled and had no power. I revved the car at my buddies and it seemed okay but I couldn't tell for certain. Any ideas? Appreciate the help!

Get the actual code. If it's P0299 and you've never checked/replaced your diverter valve, start there.

DV is okay. Replaced that last year. Connections all look okay. I'm thinking it could be the acuator rod and spring? Any thoughts? Thanks!
