Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I have a Chipwerke Pro that was installed in a 2014 Audi S4. Car is going back from lease. Unit was purchased fall of 2015 if I am not mistaken. Works perfect and great boost in power.

Website has them listed for $449.

    Looking for $350.

Pardon my chiming in: That's a dummy connector to protect Chip box connectors in shipping.

It's actually kind of like a loopback plug. If you have to pull the Chipwerke Pro to do any maintenance, you can plug in that little dongle in its place and be able to drive and start car with Chipwerke being missing.

Example: If you want to take car in for service and dont want to remove everything, just pull the box out, plug in the terminator adapter, and you are good to go. :)

Can you give us a review? There is data on the power increase, but what about the daily drive-ability? Auto or manual?

Im currently running GIAC stg 2, Forge underdrive SC pulley, and JHM Overdrive crank pulley. Is it possible to also throw Chipwerke pro on it? Gains? Problems?

    Thanks

Ha ha, awesome, thanks for the info. I bought the chip second hand and had no instructions about that thing.

Thanks for the interest guys.. Payment received from gsmoov3 so looks like we have a deal.

withENEMYin: I wouldnt combine this with your setup. Its for stock or stock + pulley. If you already have ECU software updated, this is redundant for you.

jbmark33: My S4 is a winter driver and semi-daily driver so I really didnt do any dyno or performance measurement. I can only tell you that there is a noticeable difference in power output in the mid to high RPM. I bought mine after being on the market for a while, and mine was after the software update which fixed alot of problems people were seeing (fuel cut, boost bypass, etc). I had zero issues and the main reason for me was to avoid TD1 issues.

Read this thread my friend: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...lopment-thread

Not sure if you thought of doing upper/lower pulley on your own... Read that thread. But a CW pro stacked with your GIAC tune will help with boost bypass you're currently having with your dual pulley setup...

Just another random review for you guys.

I bought a CW for when I upgrade my pulleys and want to keep the boost under control.

I currently have this stacked with my Stage I STaSIS(Revo) tune just for kicks.

I have it set on 2-1 as anything higher throws a CEL at WOT. It produces quite a bit more mid-range torque without any observable issues. (I logged it pretty intensively for a week or so)
