Glacier White Metallic Touch-Up paint

Does anyone know where I can buy authentic Glacier White Metallic touch-up paint online? I ordered it at my local dealer months ago, but it hasn't come in. They keep saying that the company that makes these cannot re-create the touch-up paint and that they are working on it. Has anyone else had this issue with this specific color?

Same issue here - months...
Had a auto paint store mix me up a small container. Both Audi's are GW.
