How does a S5 2015 ADS suspesnion comapre to a S5 without it?

I test drove a 2016 S5 with ADS. Frankly, I put it in sports for the most part as I felt all the other options are to soft.
How does a S5 without ADS compare to ADS in sports mode? Is the non-ADS a bit softer than ADS in sports?

My S5 has the ADS with the Sport Diff, my A4 had neither. Big difference IMO and I like ADS since I track the car, but it's my DD. YMMV.
