    Angry MAP sensor problems

    As you can see from the title I am having a bit of a problem with the MAP sensor.
    So the other night I was out driving after just filling up with gas, leaving the gas station I got on the throttle hard, taking her all the way to red line and then let off the throttle then I floored it again but this time it misfired and bucked around and hesitated and when I let off the gas it shot some flames out of the exhaust (testpipe). I coasted home as I live 30 seconds away from the gas station and scanned for codes and sure enough I got a multiple misfire code and {P0106 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem} and {P0237 Turbo/Supercharger Boost Sensor "A" Circuit Low}

    Now I have had this happen before so I knew right away what it was. About 3 months ago my MAP sensor went out and I replaced it with an OEM Map sensor. When I pulled the sensor there was oil on it so i cleaned it and put it back togsther with no luck.

    So does the codes mean that the MAP sensor is faulty and i need to buy another one?
    Is there like a short in the circuit?
    Is it ok for there to be oil on it?
    Why would an OEM MAP sensor last for only 3 months?

    I got a MAP sensor code once, so I bought a new sensor. Next thing I knew, code cleared itself. So it's possible you're fine.

    After driving a while. I noticed no strange behavior. You have to drive for a while. Also, I had a B7 (not sure if there's a difference)
