on my 2001 Audi a4, I have an issue concerning rolling down and up my window. since I bought the car it never had worked I decided to look into buying a regulator and when I got one, I was gonna put it in but once I took the panel off I knew it wasn't the regulator it was the cable itself seemed to be cut and tied up, now I know this isn't a factory setting and it must be modded. I got some new cable and tried to redo but either couldn't get it tight enough or what, but now I really want to fix it, any more advice or something I could do if you guys have any suggestions I'll take them I am not sure whether I'm tethering the cable right I just looked at some pics on other sites.
