    Hi,

What fuse in trunk can I tap into for permanent 12v for my dash cam?

Bought one of these, but not sure which fuse I can take from the trunk?

    Any ideas?

    Its a 2012 pre facelift B8 avant.

I believe the switched 12V has a red cover, so try one of the other ones.

I really don't understand that wiring harness. Hot is usually red and ground is usually black or brown.

I think the lead with the ring connector has a black stripe on the bottom side of it, can't quite tell.
