(Solved) 2015 S3 B1S2 too lean even after stage-2 Eurodyne flash, help please!

So as soon as I replaced my DP with the unitronic catted version I got the code immediately. I had a shop do it I did not.

That said tried all the sensors spacers, pills, catted mini spacers and it came back no matter what sometimes immediately sometime not for weeks.

So decided to go Eurodyne stage-2 because I already had the powertap from the 13R. According to Eurodyne it shuts off the second o2 sensor.

Car actually runs fine and idles fine, just this damn light and code.

No that I am actually stage-2 the CEL comes on much quicker within 20-30 miles. I keep resetting with the Vagcom and still comes back.

Only thing I have not done is smoke test the car to check for leaks. Will be doing that soon.

I flashed Friday night so I have not gotten a chance to speak to Eurodyn, but please any help with this would be great. Now, I can see it being an oxygen sensor because it is supposedly off in the flash?

Could it actually be a leak elsewhere?

Solved needed to remove the O2 spacer that I was using with the stock ECU/JB1 tune!

I would just run some logs and get with your tuner to see what adjustments need to be made. Go to someone who knows these cars to make sure they didn't mess up that easy install.

The lean code is determined by the upstream O2 sensor, so shutting off the rear O2 sensor does nothing to eliminate the lean code. It's probably either a leak of some sort or a problem with one of your fuel injectors or fuel pump. There are no vacuum lines on this engine, so a leak should be fairly easy to determine.

Do you still have the o2 sensor spacer installed? If you do remove it and try again.

The primary sensor was never removed only the secondary. That said I had left the spacer on the second 02 sensor and Eurodyne told me to take it off.

So lets see what that does, they said they only remove the MIL cat efficiency.
