I'm guessing wife made you remove it. I just got rid of mine for basically the same. I'm 54 and the noise was to much for me, the neighbors asked if there was something wrong with my car.

No, she puts up with all my man noises. I'm actually selling my car and getting vehicle I can put a big dog in and two children.

Is there a difference in sound vs roc euro and CTS turbo, Just picked up an 2010 last sunday still new too the car and its upgrades.

If there is you won't notice it. When you get an intake tube made of a different material then the sound will change. Both roc and cts have a metal tube. Good luck getting a roc though. Just get a cts and you'll have it real soon. Cts is better in my opinion. Has a billet breather bracket and the shield mounts better.
