2004 Audi A4 3.0 6sp. - Detroit area

For sale: 2004 Audi A4 3.0 Sedan

3.0L V6, Quattro AWD, 6 sp. manual transmission - somewhat rare combination

Mileage: about 146,500, but this is due to increase by 30-50 miles a day as this is my main transportation.

I'm the third owner of the car (first owner leased it for the first 15,000 miles, second owner had it from 15,000 up to 73,000 miles).

Very well maintained with full service records and receipts ever since coming off-lease. Even the original window sticker is included. All regular maintenance has been performed throughout the lifetime of the car, including regular oil changes at roughly 3k-5k mileage intervals. Everything in the car works really well, electronically, mechanically, etc.

The car has a few tasteful aftermarket modifications which were added by the second owner:
-Miltek cat-back exhaust
-JHM 4:1 center differential upgrade - Different ramps in the center differential to increase torque split capability between the front and rear of the car - this makes it turn in a lot better under power, making it great for autocross and track days
-Neuspeed short-throw shifter (original shifter included with the car)
-Bilstein sport shocks
-Eibach springs (approximately 1" drop in ride height relative to stock)
-Cold-air intake (I removed this and reverted back to the stock intake, but the cold-air kit will be included with the car)
-Debadging (model badges removed from the rear decklid, but I do have these and will include them with the car)

Modifications added by me:
-JVC KW-AV60BT head unit (original head unit included with the car)
-Interior lighting bulbs replaced with cool-white LED bulbs
-Fumoto oil drain valve (replaces the oil drain plug)

Cosmetic notes:
-There's a small bit of corrosion/rust on the drivers door at the corners (see pictures)
-Lower body trim - some of the gray trim at the bottom of the car is a little beat up, but not beyond normal wear for a car of this age
-Front bumper is slightly pulled out due to a rub on a cement parking block (see pictures), but this should be easily fixable
-There are a few tiny dings here and there, but none are noticeable unless you look for them up close
-The headliner in the back of the car is starting to sag a bit
-The left-side rear corner of the rear-left passenger seat has a bit of staining in the leather that I haven't been able to get out. This is due to a small used oil spill that occurred early in my ownership of the car.
-Wheels have a bit of road rash. Again, nothing out of the ordinary for a car of this age.
-Bodywork repair - the car has made only 2 trips to the body shop due to very minor parking-lot fender benders. The front left quarter panel was repaired in February 2015 and the left rear quarter panel was repaired in May 2016.

Upcoming maintenance:
-The car is due for a timing belt replacement at about 157,000 miles according to Audi's recommended interval. I would recommend getting the valve cover gaskets replaced at this time as well if its not included as part of the service (these are super cheap and I have a spare set that I'll include with the car)
-The springs and shocks are likely due for replacement at this point as the current ride height of the car is likely a bit lower than originally intended.
-The tires are probably due for replacement around the same time as the timing belt.
