    What carries are you using? Are those 986? with 312mm rotors?

    EDIT
    I just looked back at the older post my B, 986, what carries did they come with? ECS sgt whatever that fits the 312mm, i'm guessing.

    Yes, ECS brackets. Akebono ceramic euro ultra pads, A8 rotors. Thing stops for sure!

    Thank you! Long list of shit to get done before this upcoming season! So far on deck is...

    -Power Steering pump
    -Alcantara headliner
    -Figure out which ABS sensor is being a douchebag and repair it.
    -Full wrap
    -Get a set of Bi-pipes
    -Chop out my middle resonator.

    Somehow the list of things to be done on this car keeps me sane/ centered. Takes my mind off the little day to day annoyances in my line of work.

    Power steering pump has been ordered, along with a Dorman tone ring to fix my ABS issue.


    Ordered some thick ABS plastic diamond sheet stock that looks just like the RS lower grilles to tidy up the front end. Should be here Wednesday. Looks like it should be a productive weekend.

    Welp, looks like the car will be coming back apart around may or so. F4-BT Frankenturbos are going on. Probably some 550cc injectors and some beefy clutch. Time will tell.



    Also got all the lower grilles together with the mesh. Looks better filled out vs. all empty like it was.

    Well, that concludes my time in the B5 forum.

    I’ve found a very clean B6 S4 that had it’s engine let go and I’ll be putting my motor into that, along with parting out this B5 for cash to put into the B6.

    It’s a sudden decision but this car had a few nagging/ headache inducing issues that lead me to just say fuck it and start over.
